This local hermit stoner plucked herself out of the barren valleys of Orange County 10 years ago to embark on a never-ending journey through musical exploration. A multi-instrumentalist & vocalist, MJ would call herself somewhat of a burgeoning newbie in the world of vinyl mixing. Her life of DJing started 4 years ago the day she inherited a huge collection of ‘90s dub techno, Chicago house, and disco classics from a friend who was moving to NYC. Mixing in her own love of Jazz Fusion, Japanese Pop & Afro-House, MJ navigates us thru a loose & romantic trip through an intimate, nostalgic rave fantasy.
